SoftClub employs over 300 people, of whom 250 are IT specialists. 100+ are experienced in Oracle.

Our employees are certified by Oracle, Microsoft, EMC, SAS. Each year over 10 percent of employees attend specialized training, seminars and courses.

Thanks to cooperation with leading universities and internal training programs SoftClub has one of the most experienced teams of IT specialists in Belarus.
